A light lunch is included in the site fee for the event.

Feast will be served as plates (or bowls) with refills offered for the yogurt, naan, and rice.

1st Plate

tamarind chutney
pickled lemons, meetha sabat nimboo achar

basmati rice, chaaval

pork with candied onions (sooar ka maans do baar pyaaj)

 saag and paneer (Seasoned spinach and cheese)

mughalai korma (yogurt braised chicken)

shalgam ka salan (turnips in a spice laced yogurt)

kali dal (buttered black beans)

lazeez ghia mussallan (Stuffed baked marrow)

bhuna hua pyaai (roasted onions)

saffron rice pilaf with apricots, khubaanee pullao
